I can’t believe it’s been three months since my last podcast episode! But I’ve got another good one for you: this time, with the lovely Natasha Scullane.
Natasha is an online psychotherapist working from the UK, and as her website states, she helps successful, confident-looking women with self-doubt to lead genuinely meaningful and fulfilling lives… my goodness, I think I need some of that!! Just like Jasmine, my last podcast guest, I met Natasha here on Substack. I’m so grateful to this platform for connecting me with beautiful, like-minded humans.
In this podcast, Natasha and I take a lovely meander around the theme of identity and what it means to her, including:
how being a sister has shaped her identity, including in the wake of tragic loss;
how becoming a business owner brought out parts of her identity that she wasn’t expecting;
what inspired her to start her Substack, Therapreneur Diaries;
what some of her core values are, and how they drive her choices;
what reading and resources have helped her to learn more about herself.
Natasha has a wonderful calm voice and way of explaining things. She also shares some golden nuggets of insight here, which I’m tempted to print out and put on my wall!
Follow, connect and work with Natasha
You can follow Natasha on Substack here.
This is her brilliant Substack publication, Therapreneur Diaries.
This is her website, featuring details of how to work with her.
Natasha also has a new one-off session offer, all about getting aligned and clear about your vision for the future, and linking it to your values. It's a deep session that provides practical actions you can take away. Find out more here.
Natasha recommends two books that have helped her with her identity, and which she also recommends to patients:
The Reality Slap by Russ Harris
What Am I Missing? by Emma Reed Turrell
